PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE REQUESTING ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
Our returns and exchange policies are handled on a case-by-case basis with our end objective being complete customer satisfaction.
30 Days Warranty
Most products on ecigmafia.com are covered under warranty of 30 days from the time of delivery. If you experience any issue with your product while under warranty please initiate the return within 30 days of delivery for proper redressal. The Warranty does not include E-Liquids, Disposable Devices, Accessories, Coils, Pods and Batteries.
Dead on Arrival / Damaged / Product Mismatch / Missing Product
Dead on Arrival, damaged, wrong, or missing item claims should be reported to us within 72 hours of the actual delivery time. We recommend you inspect your items carefully and inform us if there are any issues.
We accept returns of unopened items purchased from our website ecigmafia.com for store credit, refund, or exchange within a 30-day time period starting from the time of delivery.
Return / Refund Process
In order to be eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery with a clear and elaborate description of the issue along with your order number. To initiate the return process kindly write to us at email@example.com or simply log in to your account and select the “Return/Refund” option. In most cases of damaged/defective products, we would need a picture or videos of the products.
We would require the defective product to be shipped back to our facility before the issuance of store credit or refund.
The 30-Day refund policy excludes coverage for damage resulting from abuse, accidents, customized modification, disassembly, or user error. Additionally, incidental and consequential damages are not covered under this policy.
Please Note: Some manufacturers require the warranty card included in the package contents of the product in order to process the warranty claim. Please do not dispose of the package content.
We do not guarantee compatibility between two products. You are advised to do your research on compatibility or write to us before placing your order. We do not accept returns for compatibility issues.
How to Return
To submit a request for refund, replacement, or exchange, follow the following steps.
1. Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account on storefront, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
2. Next, they will need to specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. They also have the option to leave a comment.
3. After submitting the request, they will see the Return Instructions that you specified in your return settings and receive a confirmation email.
Additionally, you can also write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name, Order Number, Contact Number, and Reason(s) for return while mailing us.
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, the customer may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of a credit back to your account. Adult Signature Service and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as a store credit in the form of reward points. E-Cig Mafia (www.ecigmafia.com) is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
