Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $99.99

Note: Option available whenever the final cart price is above $99.99, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount code, and reward points. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible.

When Will my Order Ship?

All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis with a processing time of 24-72 hours. However, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, we process orders from 10:00AM EST – 5PM EST on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday and U.S Federal Holidays.

Shipping Restrictions on Products

We ship to almost any address in the US. Except for some places that prohibit the sale of E-Cigs, Delta-8 or E-Liquids. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain States. Please refer to the list below.

Adult Signature Upon Delivery 

All states now require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package.

 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened item(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 72 business hours of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you may receive the refund much quicker. This time period includes the processing time for us to receive your returned item(s), process your return once we receive it, and to initiate the refund by our credit card processors to process your final adjusted refund dollar amount.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, and let us know why you would like to return the item(s). Once we receive the return request we will provide instructions on the next required steps to complete your return request. If all goes well eventually we will notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
